About the role:
In your daily routine, you will assist in recruitment and employer branding initiatives which includes:
- Facilitating end-to-end recruitment for Intern and Contract position from creating job validation, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and offering.
- Managing internship database and supporting internship program related projects.
- Strategize employer branding initiatives and collaborate with corporate communication team to produce impactful content.
- Supporting HR projects to develop employee engagement and experience.
Who you are:
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, with no minimum classes to attend, from Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related.
- Strong interest in the HR field, especially talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, supported by fluency in English
- Familiarity with social media trends and content planning.
- Commitment to a minimum 6-month internship program with hybrid setting at Merck Head Office.
