As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will help build the team that builds a better world. In this strategic role, you’ll lead the full hiring cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding—while partnering with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies that align with business goals.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

What You Will Do:
Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization; leveraging data to drive decision-making.
Recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees.
Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles.
Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
What Skills You Have:
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Customer/Market Focus: Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
Recruitment Channel Management: Knowledge of the benefit, selection, implementation, and operation of various recruitment channels (e.g., computer databases, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals); ability to use appropriate channels to achieve objectives of organizational talent strategy.
Candidate Screening: Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.
Candidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates.
Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
What Will Set You Apart:
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to advise on hiring managers and influence decisions.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday, Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and sourcing platforms.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
Passion for building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
Willingness to relocate to Batam or travel as needed to support hiring initiatives at the facility.
Physical Requirements (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):
This job requires extensive active movement throughout the plant including climbing stairs and steps, lifting devices, and pushing and pulling equipment.
