- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, preferably in hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiar with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
- Good command of English (both spoken & written).
