Job Description:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Assist in the development and refinement of talent management and development processes.
- Help coordinate and implement talent assessment initiatives.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and updating candidate records.
- Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for talent management initiatives.
- Maintain and update records and databases to ensure accurate tracking of employee recruitment/development activities.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent management and talent development.
- Proficient in Graphic Design (Flyer & Video), Copy Writing.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang.
