Manage the day-to-day schedules of the Executive team, including proactively prioritizing calendar commitments based on meetings, projects, and team needs.
Provide general administrative support to the executive team, including managing expenses, filing, and organizing documents
Ensure all travel arrangements are made in accordance with company policies and preferences
Assist in coordinating food orders, luncheon planning, and other business-related meetings as requested.
Manage office supply expenditures, monitor supply levels, and handle order processing and invoice reconciliation.
Support team projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in fulfilling various responsibilities.
Requirements
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar positions or performing similar duties
Strong communication in English both written and verbal.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organization with the ability to track multiple projects and deadlines
Demonstrated strength in managing complex interpersonal situations, leading with accountability, and maintaining a composed demeanor in conflict resolution
Ability to perform all duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor.
