Overview:
To provide efficient IT support and ensure seamless operations by troubleshooting technical issues, managing user access, onboarding new employees, and maintaining network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to support requests via phone and email from end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
Set up user access for new hires and revoke access for offboarded employees.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software tailored to job-specific requirements.
Design and implement bandwidth management and security protocols for new sites.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a relevant IT Support role
Proficient in installing and configuring network devices, particularly Mikrotik.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
Demonstrates integrity, a smart yet humble attitude, empathy, and a strong can-do approach
