Role Overview
As our Technical Lead / Product Architect, you’ll own the design and development of our modular system—from the geometry of each block to the overall build process. You’ll work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and on-site teams to ensure the product is practical, safe, and market-ready.
Responsibilities
- Develop the core design of the modular building components.
- Specify material properties and manufacturing tolerances.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural and thermal performance meets or exceeds local and international standards.
- Create assembly guides, design files, and technical documentation.
- Lead early-stage prototyping and oversee iterative improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, or similar.
- Experience in modular construction, prefab systems, or building materials design.
- Strong CAD/3D modeling skills.
- Creative problem-solving with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Excellent English communication skills.
