• Perform routine media preparation

• Sterilizing microlab equipment and media

• Perform disinfectant preparations for routine cleaning and sanitation of the laboratory room.

• Microbiological testing of samples, including TPC, mold, yeast, coliform, Salmonella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, gram negative bacteria, preservative effectiveness.      

• Observing test results and recording analysis data on Excel and forms that are available, monitor swab tests on machines, operators or rooms.

• Conduct sampling for micro testing if needed (RM / PM, Bulk, FG)

• Release FG products on the QAD system

• Conduct verification, routine cleaning and equipment maintenance.
