Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic project & team leadership
- Define the education strategy and roadmap to meet business priorities and long-term capability goals.
- Align initiatives with broader platform objectives to ensure scalability.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in program design, delivery methods, and outreach.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers to deliver excellence in execution.
- Foster collaboration across product, marketing, operations, and other XFN teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
Operational Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of education projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively to maximize efficiency.
