The Core Objectives:
1. Analyze training needs for drivers (safety, service quality, platform usage, and rental policies).
2. Design and develop driver-specific training curriculum, including onboarding and refresher modules.
3. Implement training evaluation processes (Kirkpatrick Level 1–3) to measure effectiveness and improve programs.
4. Review and update training materials regularly based on feedback and policy changes.
5. Coordinate and facilitate Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions to ensure consistent program delivery by internal trainers.
6. Incorporate best practices in adult learning and practical driver training approaches.
Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, HR, or related fields.
2. At least 1 year of experience in Training & Development (transportation, logistics, or similar field preferred).
3. Proven experience designing and developing practical training programs for field-based or blue-collar workers.
4. Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to create engaging and easy-to-understand training materials for diverse audiences (including drivers).
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. Experience working directly with drivers or transport workforce training.
2. Experience managing Train the Trainer programs.
