Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team and drive strategic initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients
- Expand market presence by leveraging networks and business channels
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize sales strategies
- Manage and support end-to-end sales processes, including negotiation, closing deals, and after-sales coordination
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major
- At least 5 years of Proven Experience in Selling Trucks and Heavy Equipment
- Experience in Handling Sales in Pontianak, West Kalimantan area
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation Skills
- Highly Motivated with a Passion for Achieving Sales Goals
- Team-Oriented, Detail-Focused, and Able to Thrive under pressure and deadlines
- Possesses a Strong Business Network and Ability to Influence Key Stakeholders
- Demonstrated Leadership Capabilities and Experience in Managing Sales Teams and Activities
