Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced UGC (User-Generated Content) Content Creator based in Jakarta to join our marketing team on a full-time, fully remote basis. You will be the Indonesian “face and voice” of Majestic Skin—crafting authentic, educational, and engaging content daily to build trust, community, and brand awareness among Indonesian consumers. This role demands creativity, consistency, and deep knowledge of skincare principles. You will collaborate closely with our Indonesia marketing team and our headquarters in Tokyo to align content with Majestic Cosme’s global standards and local market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Content Creation
- Produce a minimum of 1–2 pieces of UGC per day for Majestic Cosme (video, photo, and written formats), showcasing:
- Skincare tips for aging and mature skin (e.g., collagen-boosting routines, barrier repair, hydration strategies).
- Step-by-step Majestic Skin serum application routines (morning/evening rituals).
- Ingredient deep dives (e.g., benefits of human stem cell conditioned media, peptides, hyaluronic acid).
- “Skin Diary” or “Skin Check-In” vlogs: documenting your personal skincare journey and progress with Majestic Skin.
- Create both short-form (TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts) and long-form (Instagram Stories, YouTube tutorials, blog-style posts) content that resonates with women aged 30+.
- Platform Management & Engagement
- Post, schedule, and optimize content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and any emerging Indonesian platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.).
- Respond to community comments, questions, and direct messages in a timely manner—offering skincare advice, product recommendations, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor user engagement metrics (likes, saves, shares, watch time, comments) and report weekly to the marketing manager, making data-driven adjustments to content strategy.
- Content Planning & Collaboration
- Work with the Indonesia Marketing Lead to develop a weekly content calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, promotions, and broader Majestic Cosme campaigns.
- Coordinate with Japan HQ’s R&D and marketing teams to ensure scientific accuracy when discussing ingredients and benefits.
- Source and script topics for collaboration videos (e.g., “Majestic Skin × Local Dermatologist” or “Majestic Skin × Indonesian Beauty Influencers”) when requested.
- Product Seeding & Reviews
- Test new Majestic Skin formulations and nearby Majestic Cosme products (e.g., Majestic Night Cream, Juri Soap) to provide honest, informative reviews and “first impressions.”
- Host live streams or “Ask Me Anything” sessions where you demo Majestic Skin and answer real-time skincare questions from Indonesian viewers.
- Brand Advocacy & Education
- Educate followers about Mandiri (human stem cell) technology, how our cold-process serum differs from conventional serums, and why Majestic Skin is dermatologist-recommended.
- Share user testimonials, before-and-after stories, and case studies (with customer consent) to bolster brand credibility.
- Create supportive “how-to” guides (IG guides, blog posts) on:
- Building an anti-aging skincare routine.
- Layering Majestic Skin with sunscreens, eye creams, or other active serums.
- Fall/winter vs. spring/summer routine adjustments.
- Travel & Special Projects
- Occasionally (planned 1–2 times per year), travel to Tokyo, Japan for:
- A visit to the Mirai Group Japan factory to understand production processes and quality controls.
- In-person collaboration sessions with the Japan marketing and R&D teams.
- Brand immersion events (e.g., “Majestic Cosme Indonesia Launch” or press events) to strengthen your understanding of the brand essence.
- Upon return, produce a “Behind the Scenes in Japan” video series for Indonesian audiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Gender & Demographic Preference: Female, aged 30 years or older, with a demonstrable healthy lifestyle and visibly healthy skin (to serve as a relatable brand ambassador for Majestic Skin).
- Language Skills:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for liaising with Japan HQ.
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia for local content creation, community engagement, and captioning.
- Skincare Expertise:
- Minimum 2–3 years of personal or professional experience with skincare (e.g., existing skincare influencer, esthetician background, or beauty blogger focusing on anti-aging).
- Strong understanding of active ingredients: stem cell technology, peptides, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, etc.
- Content Creation Skills:
- Proficiency in filming (smartphone or DSLR), lighting, and basic video editing (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for thumbnail creation or simple graphics.
- Ability to write concise, engaging scripts and captions that balance scientific accuracy with approachable language.
- Social Media Savvy:
- Established personal or professional social media presence with at least 5,000–10,000 combined followers/subscribers across Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube (preferred but not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
- Understanding of social media analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics) to interpret engagement and reach.
- Organizational & Communication Skills:
- Proven ability to manage a daily content schedule, meet strict deadlines, and pivot quickly if messaging changes.
- Strong collaboration skills to work remotely with cross-functional teams (marketing, R&D, design) across time zones (primarily GMT+9 and GMT+7).

- Passion for holistic wellness, including nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness, to authentically project a “healthy lifestyle” brand image.
- Prior experience in UGC or influencer marketing for beauty/skincare brands, especially in the Indonesian market.

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: Rp 6,000,000 – 8,000,000 (gross), commensurate with experience and portfolio.
- Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonus tied to engagement metrics, follower growth, and successful campaign KPIs.
- Annual Travel: Opportunity (all expenses covered) to visit Tokyo, Japan for factory tours, brand training, and collaboration events (1–2 times per year, schedule permitting).
