We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Villa Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage all aspects of villa operations while maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Villa Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of the villas, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all activities.
- Ensure that all areas of the villas are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Guest Relations:
- You are the face of the company and should welcome guests in person.
- Proactively communicate with guests to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints and emergencies with speed, accuracy, and professionalism, providing effective solutions.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Demonstrate and upsell villa services and products to guests.
- Negotiate contracts and packages with guests and vendors to maximize revenue.
- Team Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate the villa staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records and manage villa budgets.
- Utilize computer systems, including Microsoft Office, to manage schedules, reports, and communications.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and delegation skills.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and effectiveness.
