About the Role
Implementing and installing visual merchandising materials based on approved design and guidelines.
Monitoring the production and delivery process of visual display materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and installers for timely execution of display installations.
Conducting regular store visits and reporting on the condition and consistency of visual installations.
Supporting the execution of campaigns, product launches, and seasonal displays in retail locations.
Managing repair, replacement, or dismantling of existing displays as needed.
Maintaining inventory records of VM props and materials.
Documenting visual installations through photos and reports.
Assisting in event setup and takedown related to visual merchandising.Ensuring all work aligns with brand standards and store operational requirements.
Requirements
Education: SMA/ sederajat
Work Experience: : Min. 1-2 years in the same position
Expertise: Visual Merchandising
Skill or Certification: Familiar with layout interpretation & basic visual guideline application, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Basic knowledge of print production & installation materials, Project coordination & time management, Communication & vendor handling skills, Visual inspection, documentation & reporting skills, Understanding of store flow & retail operations.
