Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly in a friendly manner
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Process payments accurately (cash/card) and handle billing inquiries
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Upsell menu items when appropriate
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Good personal hygiene and grooming
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling payments
