General Responsibilities :
1. Hand over WTP, SWRO & WWTP duties and previous shifts through coordination meetings and discuss work that still needs to be followed up such as water filling and data flow meters.
2. Check and monitor lntake Pump A and B, Feed Filter Pump A and B, RO Feed Pump A and B, High Pressure Pump.
3. Check the tank capacity of Tank Products according to the standard that is at least 50 m3.
4. Charge the PAC to the tank.
5. Charge the Chlorine to the tank.
6. Charge NaOH to the tank.
7. Fill the SRS Anti Scalant to the tank.
8. Fill the ferrychloride into the tank.
9. Check and monitor intake pump and reservoir to tank clarifier, tank filter and RO product tank according to SOP.
10. Operating Main Equipment (Intake pump A and B, Feed Feed Pump A and B, RO Feed Pump A and B, High Pressure Pump, Sea Water Reverse Osmosis) according to SOP.
11. Operating Main Equipment (Intake Pump Reservoir, Clarifier) in accordance with SOP.
12. Control the RO water level of the product at least 50%.
13. Operating support equipment (Chemical Dosing Pump) in accordance with SOP.
14. Preparing chemicals Chlorine, PAC Antiscalant, SMBS, Ferry Chloride, NaOH.
15. Perform Back Wash Dual Media Filter in accordance with SOP
16. Control and record the results of water analysis from the laboratory.
17. Filling daily log sheet.
18. Report any problems of operation to his supervisor.
19. Maintain and keep working discipline in full awareness.
20. Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all work equipment (equipment) and cleanliness of the workplace environment.
