PT. Sinotrans Overseas Indonesia, a leading freight forwarding company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Ensure all warehouse processes adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Manage warehouse layout and optimize storage space for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes to maintain data accuracy.
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments (e.g., operations, transportation, customer service) to ensure seamless workflow.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational challenges.
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse facility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to be employed as an outsourced employee.
- Willingness to be placed in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.
