Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front office or guest-facing role within the hospitality industry
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent grooming standards and professional presence
- Proficient in front office systems and reservation software (Opera experience is an advantage)
- A team player who collaborates well with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach in addressing guest needs and resolving concerns efficiently
