Wellness Manager Vacancy Available!
The Sanctuary at Potato Head is seeking a passionate and experienced Wellness Manager to lead and elevate our wellness offerings. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our wellness programs and facilities, managing wellness staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences that align with our holistic and healing-centered brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate the team, manage wellness practitioners, and other day-to-day administrative duties
- Ensure the daily operations run smoothely
- Ensure all wellness services are delivered to the highest standards of professionalism, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and guest experience team to promote wellness packages, events, and seasonal programs.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of wellness-related supplies and products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and serene environment in all wellness areas, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and staff development activities.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns related to wellness services with empathy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on wellness trends and continuously innovate to enhance guest offerings.
Qualifications:
- Indonesian citizen, preferably living in Seminyak and surrounding
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a wellness or holistic health environment, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Background in wellness, health and spa management, and hospitality is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Eye to details, proactive, problem solver, and tech savvy
- Knowledge of wellness practices such as yoga, meditation, spa therapies, nutrition, cleanliness
- Passionate about holistic well-being and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, depending on the schedule of wellness programs.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian. Additional languages are an advantage.
