About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our partnerships with Hiring Partners and help our graduates land jobs faster. You’ll be the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their hiring needs are met while aligning opportunities with our graduates.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Partners.
- Understand partners’ hiring needs and match them with the right graduates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve placement strategies.
- Keep track of industry hiring trends and provide insights to the team.
- Collect feedback from Hiring Partners to improve graduate performance.
- Monitor placement data and share reports on hiring results.
- Engage Hiring Partners in events like graduations and talent fairs.
- Explore opportunities such as internships, mentorships, and joint projects.
