- Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates for clients
- Attend client meetings and take detailed notes for follow-up actions
- Help identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy
