- Oversee expenditure and identify trends in spending viewing budget proposals and funding requests
- Make forecasts for future budget needs
- Monitors budget performance & expenditure control
- Manages invoicing procedures to collect money owed by clients/customers
- Working closely with other departments in the business
- Defending budget recommendations against management
- Developing a final budgetary agreement with management
- Responsible for any ad-hoc projects from users and teams
