The Admin O2O Intern supports O2O operations by managing administrative tasks, monitoring costs and budgets, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Support administrative processes related to O2O operations.
Assist in compiling and monitoring administrative records for O2O activities.
Help manage and track O2O-related costs and budgets.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree student or currently in at least the 5th semester.
Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative role.
Familiarity with office administration processes.
Basic understanding of taxation and finance.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Adaptable to new people, environments, and changes.
Excellent time and project management skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
