As a Marketplace Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across our e-commerce platforms. You will play a key role in managing customer interactions, handling orders, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service and drive customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations of marketplace activities, including customer chat handling, order listing, and issue resolution.
Prepare and update daily order lists, then coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.
Monitor order timelines to prevent automatic cancellations and ensure customers receive their purchases on time.
Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, shipping, customer service, etc.) to solve any order-related issues.
Keep customers informed about ongoing promotions and campaigns across marketplace platforms.
Maximize available offers to help drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related fields.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace platforms.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays if needed.
Interest in fashion and retail industry.
A good understanding of Customer Service operations, with previous experience in the e-commerce industry being a plus point.
Minimum 2 years experience in the same field.
Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
