About the team:
The Group Marketplace team supports country teams in managing driver supply, pricing, marketplace strategy, product rollouts, and special projects. Often work with large datasets, deriving insights to create actionable solutions. There is minimal bureaucracy, allowing a quick turnaround from insights to decisions and execution.
About the Assignment:
Your main responsibility is to ensure that the deliverables are met and the project is running as per the timelines shared. The main job would be to assist the regional team in scaling features that will help reduce the cost of delivery.
The Core Objectives:
1. Work with Marketplace PIC from different countries to understand their challenges
2. Run a streamlined process on a day to day basis
3. Monitor the metrics assigned and highlight if there are any issues
Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. Should be very good at communication - written and speaking. Fluency in English is a must
2. Experience working with large data sets and ability to query using SQL/Python
3. Able to show ownership on the tasks assigned
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. Prior experience in a start up / ecommerce
2. Education background in technical field such as IT / computer science
Requirement:
Fluent in English
1+ year experience in data analytics / working with large data sets and query using SQL/Python. Those with internship experience in a prominent start-up or e-commerce are welcome to apply.
S1 in Informatics Technology / Computer Science
