Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. In addition, we have also expanded into international markets namely the Philippines and the United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 65% female representation in leadership roles (#girlpower!). About the Role
You will lead efforts to drive growth and operational excellence across Love, Bonito TikTok & Tokopedia, ensuring the flawless execution of campaigns and streamlined store operations. In this key role, you will shape strategic initiatives and scale business performance, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results during an exciting phase of growth.
Accountabilities:
Account Management
- Work hand-in-hand with TikTok & Tokopedia Relationship Manager to maximize brand exposure and platform support.
- Collaborate with external partners (TikTok Agency & TikTok Content Creator) to enhance performance and deliver impactful results.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Set clear and achievable revenue targets & marketing budget allocations, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while maximizing impact.
- Update and maintain a monthly and weekly campaign calendar, ensuring all campaigns are well-planned, scheduled, and executed on time.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and align cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Secure and manage campaign exposure placements on TikTok & Tokopedia.
- Submit all necessary materials for marketplace campaigns, including SKU details and assets, ensuring all content is correctly formatted and aligns with campaign objectives.
- Curate SKU selections, prepare campaign segments, and craft compelling copy for TikTok & Tokopedia broadcast messages and WhatsApp blasts.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to oversee the content creation process, providing valuable commercial insights.
- Develop and oversee livestream strategy and execution.
- Lead the planning and execution of ad-hoc projects, including brand collaborations and affiliates.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok & Tokopedia ads to achieve performance KPIs (CPC, ROAS, CR, CTR).
- Develop targeting strategies tailored to TikTok’s audience and format and conduct A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Stay updated on TikTok & Tokopedia ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Channel Performance
- Review weekly channel performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities or issues for optimization.
- Analyze and report on channel performance at the end of each month, comparing results against targets and previous months, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketplace’s AM to review quarterly performance across all channels, assess long-term strategies, and align on key actions for driving growth and achieving goals.
Store Operations
- Oversee the entire order processing workflow, ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time, accurately, and efficiently.
- Identify and resolve any bottlenecks or delays to maintain a smooth order flow.
- Oversee timely execution of all scheduled promotions.
Critical success factors & key challenges (KPIs):
- Achieve 100% of TikTok & Tokopedia net revenue target
- Meet the ROI goals for marketing spend
- Drive YoY growth in traffic and CR
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in managing TikTok is required; experience with Tokopedia is a plus.
- Fluency in English required for day-to-day communication.
- Passionate about fashion and apparel and a good understanding of Love, Bonito.
- Performance-centric mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Strong communication and excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Growth mindset and sense of continuous improvement.
- Extreme ownership and a self-starter who is hands-on with a ‘get things done’ attitude.
- Gritty and able to work under pressure; comfortable to navigate through uncertainty.
