In facilities and infrastructure management at PwC, you will focus on creating and maintaining efficient and effective operations of physical workspaces, including maintenance, security, and space planning. You will play a crucial role in creating a comfortable and productive environment for employees and clients.
- To assist monitoring and reporting activities.
- To maintain positive relation with users or all PwC members.
- To maintain a positive relation with a third party (vendor).
- To assist monitoring of office operational matters, including repair and maintenance of office machines/equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational and maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma degree from administration, management, industrial engineering and related fields
- 2 - 3 years experiences in similar position for project management
- Familiar with Ms Office.
- Good English, both speaking and writing.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skill
- Proactive personality with good customer service-orientation.
