Rambutan Café is a cozy, tropical spot in the heart of Ubud. We serve colorful Southeast Asian–inspired food and drinks, with a focus on fresh, local ingredients and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our team is small, friendly, and works together like family.
The Role
We’re looking for a Barista who loves good coffee, enjoys meeting people, and takes pride in making every cup with care. At Rambutan, our baristas aren’t just behind the machine – they’re part of the guest experience, helping create the warm and vibrant vibe we’re known for.
What You’ll Do
- Make delicious coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and fresh juices.
- Help create and serve our café’s signature and seasonal drinks.
- Welcome guests with a smile and provide kind, attentive service.
- Keep the barista area clean, stocked, and organized.
- Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly.
- Follow simple food safety and hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience as a barista
- Love for coffee, tea, and café culture.
- Friendly, reliable, and a good team player.
- Comfortable in a busy café environment.
- Can speak basic English (Bahasa Indonesia also valued).
