We’re looking for a passionate and organized Book Assistant & Storekeeper to
support our retail and curation operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves
books, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep
things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily bookstore operations, including stock arrangement and tracking.
- Help organize and receive book shipments, including sorting, labeling, and inventory logging.
- Support the curation team with research and book data entry (e.g., book trends and blurbs)
- Assist during offline events, pop-ups, or in-store activations as needed.
- Handle basic customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team.
- Report directly to the Brand Specialist
Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMK or D3 (any major welcome).
- Experience in the retail or bookstore industry is a plus.
- Interest in literature, publishing, or book trends.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills English (level: proficiency preferred)
- Team player and adaptable.
- Interest in both fiction and nonfiction across genres.
