Job Summary:
Main Responsibilities
Drive sales growth across markets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities
- Develop and define sales strategies in collaboration with the team leader
- Define and closely monitor sales targets, actuals vs. budgets, and root cause from deviations in performance
- Identify, develop, and explore new segment for growth.
Develop strong partnerships and key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across relevant industry segments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all existing customers and partners
- Ensure ongoing renewal and optimization of subscription contracts
- Leverage on existing customer relationships to generate new leads and business opportunities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and professional deliveries.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8 to 10 years of proven sales / business development experience
- Experience in sustainability sector is a plus (e.g cooling, solar, EV related)
- Established connections within the industrial sector are advantageous
- Strong proactive and results-driven (hunter) mindset
- Eagerness to learn and explore new opportunities
- Innovative
- Team player
