Lead the planning and execution of Cessa's on-ground brand activations
Manage end-to-end coordination with event organizers and vendors, including selection, briefing, budgeting, and evaluation.
Collaborate with internal sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely product supply and promotional support
Act as a field brand guardian to ensure consistency in brand messaging and consumer experience.
Monitor competitor activities and consumer trends during activations to gather insights
Ensure all on-ground activations reflect consistent Cessa branding and deliver a high-quality consumer experience.
Prepare comprehensive post-activation reports with data on sales, insights, and recommendations
Requirements
Education: D3/S1
Work Experience: Min. 3+ years experience in managing on-ground brand activations.
Expertise: Event activations from planning to execution
Skill or Certification:
Proven ability to guide and coordinate external vendors and internal teams to deliver smooth, sales-driven event execution.
Strong leadership and people management skills, especially in training, and supervising SPGs for daily field operations.
Working neatly in administration, have high sense of urgency level
Preferably from an FMCG brand background (not agency-based), with a practical understanding of sales targets and consumer-focused execution.
Proven ability to guide and coordinate external vendors and internal teams to deliver smooth, sales-driven event execution. This includes being present on-site to manage all logistical aspects, from setup to the conclusion of the event, ensuring a high-quality consumer experience
