YOUR TASK
- Channel Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute channel development strategies tailored to specific channels (e.g., Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Minimarkets, MWS, MTI/LKA) aligning with consumer, shopper, and customer requirements;
- Collaborate with Marketing for 360-activity planning to drive demand generation for key portfolios.
- Define Must-Sell SKUs to drive growth in the Modern Trade Segment and provide insights on innovation, SKU mix, and range rationalization, incl. Must-Sell Lists (MSL) and New Product Development
- Consolidate and review Sales Demand forecasting on a monthly basis with Customer Teams, ensuring alignment with Supply Chain.
- Regular Program Planning & Execution:
- Ensure compliance of proposed regular promotion programs with promotion guidelines.
- Communicate approved regular promotion programs (sales brief to provide clear information on program plans.
- Conduct Pre- and Post-Analysis for major programs to derive learnings and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Develop monthly activity briefs for all modern trade stakeholders to ensure effective communication of key account programs throughout the sales force pyramid.
- Develop and propose in-store vision of success for each channel’s category/sub-category, continuously reviewing the effectiveness of in-store actions.
- Trade Spend Management:
- Provide direction on Trading Terms & Trade Spend Investment, creating guidance to enhance the effectiveness of key account investments while aligning with company profitability.
- Recommend and implement clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding, current market knowledge, and account specific promo review.
- Modern Trade Growth Lever Initiatives:
- Provide direction on Trading Terms & Trade Spend Investment, creating guidance to enhance the effectiveness of key account investments while aligning with company profitability.

YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel, Category
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Expert in Channel Management, Budget Management and Account Management.
- Expert in Ms. Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command in English, both oral and written.
- Familiarity in Distribution Management and Market Analysis
