Job Descriptions:
- Create design concepts for building renovation (existing building).
- Create RAB dan BQ from related designs.
- Create detailed drawings of related designs.
- Periodically Supervise the implementation of construction.
- Check the work of the contractor to ensure it fits the implementation procedures.
- Carry out supervision related to civil technical scope (structure, foundation, concrete) and finishing on construction projects.
- Handling problems that may arise in the civil technical scope, including conducting tests.
- Assisting the marketing team in preparing layout drawings and 3D illustrations.
- Accompanying the pre-handover team to check the list and handover of tenants.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architect.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Developer or Contractor for Commercial Building / High Rise Project and/or city development roads & infrastructure.
- Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office, Auto CAD).
- Having knowledge in Civil Construction, Working Drawing, and Structure Material.
- Having the knowledge to make RAB.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction designs.
- Creative and have a good design sense.
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta.
