- Melakukan follow up melalui email maupun melalui telepon laporan medis pasien dan hasil-hasil pemeriksaan penunjang medis
- Melakukan Analisa Klaim
- Mengambil keputusan sebagai hasil analisa klaim
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim medical advisor
- Membuat surat jaminan, surat penolakan, atau surat Investigasi Membuat reporting
- Melakukan Verifikasi dokumen Klaim
- Menginput hasil analisa klaim kedalam aplikasi
- Minimum Qualifications: Minimal. pendidikan S1/ D3 Keperawatan/Farmasi
- Menguasai produk asuransi kesehatan termasuk Polis Individu
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 6 bulan sebagai Claim Analyst atau Case Monitoring di TPA atau Asuransi (bukan Contact Center)
- Memiliki kemampuan dasar tentang teori Penyakit dan Pengobatan.
- Memiliki kemampuan Analisa yang baik
- Dapat mengopersikan Microsoft Office
- Bersedia bekerja secara SHIFT
