The gig
We are seeking the Cluster Reservationis Supervisor (full time) that will be handle by Ovolo Group Hotels and reporting to the Cluster Reservationis Manager, this role is an integral part of the Hotels reservations team with a laser-focused on maximizing our share of the hotel.
Your high attention to detail will not only be demonstrated through your accuracy & execution of your reservation's strategy, your engaging personality will also pick up any cues that helps us tailoring our guests experience. You will be the very first point of contact for many of our guests. Whether on the phone or via email, you are warm and welcoming and enjoy personalizing your approach. You have the ability to connect with people from different walks of life and are great at building relationships.
About the role
You will be responsible to ensure the property reaches maximum occupancy and returns through efficient room allocations, accurate monitoring and inspection of bookings in the reservations system and the provision of a high level of customer service.
Who you are
- We're not your regular Hotel and it's most likely that you are not the average Hotel employee either. You view the glass as half full, you are a little bit quirky & you love to have fun just like us!
- Outstanding written and oral English skills for business reasons.
- Essential that you have previous experience minimum 2 years
- A fantastic Telephone technique!
- Well hello??! You will absolutely LOVE numbers & crunching & analysing
- You need a strong understanding of hotel distribution systems including PMS (Opera/Opera Cloud), Channel Managers, Booking Engines or Reservation Software (SOBOT) -would be advantages-
- Ability to effectively use revenue management principals and tools, price trackers & Channel Managers
- Strong interpersonal skills and has leadership ability to lead small or medium size team.
- An active team player, we have a high level of collaboration across the team
- Ability to perform under pressure, we are a fast paced business with no time to waste!
- Excellent communication skills, goes without saying
- Solid understanding of Microsoft applications (Excel)
- Strong negotiation and sales skills- you love to seal the deal
- This position is applicable for Indonesia Citizen and Bali Based.
