What you will do:
1. Record manual incoming reservation for our tea house
2. Collect deposit and work closely with Accounting Team to make sure deposit balance
3. Handle reservation online and follow up
4. Handle all admin related about reservation from all platform
5. Report daily to Head of business , work smoothly, communicate clearly with all Host and reservation team
Ideally you will be:
1. Friendly and good team player, you love to talk to people Online and Offline
2. Creative and highly organized (Tech savvy and know how to use Google Sheet smoothly)
3. Details oriented to OCD
5. Open, good communication skills
6. At least 1-2 years in handling reservation
7. Fluent speaking in English
