Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and review Cargo Loading and Discharge Documents to ensure effective and efficient operation on Shipping Commercial activities.
- Monitor, review and analyze the commercial reports in relation to shipping / marine contracts / operations /activities, covering Port Charges, Anchorage, maintenance and dry-docking to ensure availability of timely report for management decision making.
- Monitor, review and analyze the shipping related contract, covering Time Charter Agreement, Vessel Operational Agreement and Charterer's Instruction Manual to ensure that all required terms and conditions as per company's policies are included within the agreement and instruction manual.
- Coordinate the negotiation process with ship owners relate to commercial issues of the chartered vessels (hire rate, ballast bonus, lump sum and cool down) to ensure all commercial arrangements with ship owners are in accordance with company's requirements.
- Coordinate in obtaining permit related to shipping in order to deliver LNG spot cargo to domestic market to ensure required documents for spot cargo are completed.
- Monitor, inspect, and analyze vessel and marine transportation condition to ensure all are in optimum condition in accordance with prevailing Marine Regulations and transportation travel to ship the gas and LNG can be completed.
- Monitor and analyze the development of ship performance document to ensure availability of ship performance overview timely.
- Monitor and implement QHSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation.

General Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree from any disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of related working experience in shipping in the oil & gas industry
- Familiar with Shipping Commercial Agreement, Nautica Practitioner, Marine Law, Shipping Operation and Regulations, Industrial Law and HSE Laws.
- Good in negotiation, analysis, planning and organizing.
- Integrity.
