Detail Pekerjaan
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of contact center agents (customer service and telemarketing).
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring KPIs and service standards are met.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to improve performance.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a professional manner.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance.
- Collaborate with management to improve processes, scripts, and service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Persyaratan Keahlian
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a contact center, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team leader role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage, coach, and motivate a team to achieve targets.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting.
- High level of customer service orientation and professionalism.
- Proficient in speak English.
- Has understanding and experience with advertisement will be strongly recommended.
Tingkat Pendidikan
- Bachelor Degree at any major.
