Responsibilities:
- Develop and create a seasonal pairing menu that complements our tea offerings, focusing on both savory and sweet options.
- Train bar back staff in plating techniques and presentation standards.
- Establish and uphold standard operating procedures (SOP) for the food department.
- Collaborate with the team to grow and develop the food department, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and culinary arts is preferred
- Experience in creating desserts or light bites is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
- Eagerness to learn and improve through ongoing training.
