What You'll Be Doing :
Lead Nurturing & Activation
- Support the development of automated CRM workflows (WhatsApp, Email, SMS).
- Help implement drip campaigns to engage leads throughout the funnel.
- Personalize communications based on audience segmentation and behavior.
- Assist in re-engagement efforts to bring back inactive leads.
- Work with Campaign Managers to align CRM with overall marketing efforts.
Database & Lead Management
- Maintain and update the lead database for accuracy and consistency.
- Segment leads using criteria like demographics and engagement.
- Help set up automated tagging and scoring systems to improve follow-up.
- Ensure leads are properly processed and uploaded into the CRM system.
Analytics & Performance
- Monitor and track key metrics like open rates, click rates, and conversions.
- Contribute to weekly/monthly reports and help interpret audience behavior.
- Use data to improve lead nurturing flows and segmentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Campaign Managers, Community Leads, and Content Teams.
- Ensure smooth integration of leads coming from different channels.
- Share learnings and help improve engagement strategies based on insights.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- Passion for CRM, marketing automation, and customer journey mapping
- Familiarity with digital tools like Google Sheets, Email platforms, or CRM software (training will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow in a dynamic environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) are required
Bonus Points If You:
- Have done internships related to marketing or CRM
- Have basic experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar
- Are curious about lead scoring, segmentation, and behavior tracking
