A. Planning
1. Campaign strategy development
- Define the strategic direction for CRM campaigns supporting product launches.
- Set campaign goals aligned with overarching brand objectives, focusing on engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
2. Audience strategy and segmentation
- Develop audience segmentation tailored to products, using customer data to
- target appropriate customer segments (e.g., S/F series vs. mid-tier users).
3. Channel and frequency management
- Identify optimal CRM channels (e.g., email, push notifications, Paid Ads) for each product launch and set frequency guidelines to avoid overcommunication.
4. Campaign target setting
- Set specific, measurable targets for each CRM campaign, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

- Content ideation
