About the Team
The Campaign Team at TikTok Shop & Tokopedia leads strategic and operational efforts to drive key initiatives across both platforms. We work at the core of platform-wide and category-specific campaigns, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to grow sellers, engage users, and optimize campaign performance.
We’re currently expanding our team to support the Electronics & Automotive category one of the most exciting and high-potential verticals. Whether it’s through day-to-day operations, or data-driven projects, you’ll play an important role in shaping the future of this space.

Roles & Responsibilities
As part of the Campaign Team for Electronics & Automotive, your role will focus on end-to-end campaign management, operational excellence, and data-driven execution across both TikTok Shop and Tokopedia. You’ll work closely with category managers, central team, and other internal teams to bring impactful projects to life.
Campaign & Project Management
- Support and/or lead planning and execution of related key campaigns (Mega Campaigns, IP Campaigns, Campaign Project and always-on initiatives).
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Collaborate with category and central teams to align campaign strategies with business goals.
- Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and reporting for each campaign/project.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor campaign operations and resolve any issues related to execution, product readiness, seller participation, or system flows.
- Work with internal teams (e.g. monetization, IMC, product ops) to optimize processes.
- Ensure all assets, offers, and content are submitted and implemented accurately.
Data & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze key campaign metrics (e.g. traffic, conversion, GMV, seller performance).
- Prepare regular reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization based on data.
- Support category team with insights to drive growth strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between category, marketing, product, creator, and operations teams.
- Communicate updates, blockers, and learnings clearly and proactively.
- Help ensure a consistent and aligned campaign experience for each platforms.
