Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming customer inquiries via Call and Email for Reservation.
2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
6. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
1. Proven customer support experience, experience as a client service representative, or fresh graduated welcome to applied.
2. Experience in Travel Consultant - Frontliner - Hospitality
3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
8. Ready to join on 10th of March 2025
