We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to optimize our Customer Data Platform (CDP) for ongoing operations and analysis. This is a 12-month contract role where you will be leveraging the CDP to develop insights, personalize marketing campaigns, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- CDP Data Management & Governance: Monitor and ensure the quality and consistency of data within the CDP, resolving any issues and ensuring compliance with data policies.
- Customer Segmentation & Profiling: Develop and maintain customer segments and profiles based on behavioral data, purchase history, and other relevant criteria.
- Marketing Campaign Analysis: Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Customer Insights & Reporting: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer key business questions and create dashboards to track and present important business metrics.
- AI & Machine Learning Support: Support the implementation and maintenance of AI and machine learning models within the CDP and analyze their performance for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or a related analytical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on marketing analytics.
- Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) is highly preferred.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Posthog).
- Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression analysis, cluster analysis) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp) is a plus.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques is a plus.
- Experience with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Excellent data wrangling skills (cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for analysis).
