The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing operation profile and accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion in a timely manner, while adhering to security policies.
- Managing and resolving all account-related user requests and troubleshooting problems.
- Maintain all internal trackers using Google Sheets and App Script.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or any related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field (experience in Express/Logistics company is a plus)
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in account creation and management.
- Experienced in using Google workspace applications, especially Google Sheets. Having intermediate skills excel is a plus.
- Having basic skills on how to use a script on Google Sheets.
- Willing and available to work on a variety of shifts, including weekends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with users.
- Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta.
