Responsible for ensuring the effective management of Dexa Group’s digital content assets. This role will focus on digital content administration, asset library management, and evaluating the performance of digital communication initiatives to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decisions.
1. Digital Asset Administration
- Maintain an organized digital content library (images, videos, infographics, publications) for internal and external use.
- Ensure proper metadata tagging, version control, and asset compliance with corporate branding.
- Coordinate with internal creative team and content team to ensure content availability before campaign launches.
2. Content Management
- Assist in scheduling, uploading, and quality-checking content on corporate channels (website, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram).
- Support proofreading, formatting, and optimizing content for consistency and engagement.
- Ensure timely publication aligned with campaign timelines and communication calendar.
3. Performance Evaluation
- Monitor and analyze the performance of published content across platforms.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on content reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to improve future content planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Management, or related field.
- 2–3 years experience in digital content management, corporate communications, or social media analytics.
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of branding, corporate tone of voice, and stakeholder communication.
