Job Responsibilities:
● Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, YouTube).
● Create engaging content that aligns with brand identity and market trends in Bali’s hospitality and tourism industry.
● Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to increase leads, traffic, and conversions.
● Optimize website and social media content for SEO to improve online visibility.
● Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
● Collaborate with creative, sales, and operational teams to execute promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
● Build and nurture online communities by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a strong brand presence.
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands.
● Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
● Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid media platforms.
● Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is an advantage.
● Creative, data-driven, and highly organized with attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Familiarity with Bali’s market trends and audience behavior is highly desirable.
