Position Summary:
The eCommerce Product & Content Coordinator will support all brands home sites, multi-branded sites, marketplaces, B2B and all Wholesale distribution partners in ensuring consistency and smooth delivery across the asset handling process. Ensuring smooth tracking, distribution and troubleshooting of digital assets.
Day to Day Activity as E-Commerce Product and Content Coordinator
- Create and release products on multiple channels with accuracy and completeness of information
- Update and create copy where needed to ensure correct description is associated with each item
- Manage product image distribution to different channels and partners
- Manage product copy distribution across channels and partners
- Work with photo studio on sampling process and generation of product images, editing where required
- Work on product information enrichment including, visualization, and trends to ensure that all new go to market and product initiatives are being represented appropriately in a digital world
- Assist copy and photo briefs for product and attend photo shoots as needed
- Contribute new ideas and concepts for site content, digital marketing, and site merchandising
- Review analytical data and reports on a periodic basis and make suggestions for site and content improvements
- Deliver marketing assets & content seasonally and for new launch
- Conceptualize and plan for campaigns to global calendars and seasonal launch
- Assist copywriting in campaign building and marketing deliverables
- Create and maintain spreadsheets
- Create and execute periodic reports, including metric reports on departmental performance
- Research additional product and category and content information as needed
- Assist in testing promotions and campaigns
- Perform Quality Control of sites and its content
Required Education, Experience, and Skill:
Education: Candidates possess a D3/D4/S1 educational background
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Skill necessary:
- Previous experience working in a merchandise, sales or retail account management role
- Ability to understand technology and how this impacts supply chain/Merchandise strategies
- Excellent attention to detail and aptitude for numbers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support at all levels
- Exceptional organization, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Able to communicate in English language
