About us:
We are a unique padel club in Ubud, Bali, with three courts and a café. We've created a space where locals, expats, and digital nomads come to play, connect, and enjoy nature. We're now looking for an Events & Community Manager to help us grow a strong, loyal community and deliver standout experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and engage a diverse member base through community programs and feedback initiatives.
- Develop partnerships with local wellness leaders, creatives, and influencers.
- Plan and execute weekly events, including tournaments, yoga sessions, community dinners, and networking mixers.
- Curate signature experiences aligned with our values: health, nature, joy, and conscious living.
- Support marketing and social teams in promoting events and tracking engagement.
- Manage event calendars, vendors, and on-site logistics.
Skills and Requirements:
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in community building, events, or hospitality.
- Familiar with padel (as a player or through club experience).
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Creative, people-oriented, and passionate about wellness and lifestyle experiences.
- Comfortable using social media and digital tools to engage audiences.
