- Maintain accurate and timely records of daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the closing process by ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.
- Manage and verify invoices, payment documents, and expense reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders such as auditors and tax consultants.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Finance & Accounting team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation (Indonesian tax regulations preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with accuracy under deadlines.
- Good communication skills (both written & verbal) and ability to work as part of a team.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling financial information.
